# Workshop services: have people get it done

Some things AI can't finish alone — building a store, writing a press piece, opening an account. **Workshop services** let you spend credits and have the Workshop team (or a Workshop partner team) get it done: order → track → receive → accept.

## Where you'll see it

- **When you mention it**: say "I want someone to rebuild my site" and the AI answers as usual, with one extra line at the end: "Workshop site build · From 800 credits · Take a look". Each service shows up once per conversation; click "No thanks" and it won't be suggested again for 30 days (kept in memory, you can always ask). Never in scheduled tasks.
- **When something is missing**: if a task is stuck on a missing piece (say, no Google account), the connect / setup card gets a "Let the Workshop do it" option. Once done, the task picks up from that step.
- **When browsing**: click your name at the bottom left → "Workshop services" for all services (by position) and your orders; the "Workshop services" card at the bottom of a position page lists up to three for that position.

## One order, start to finish

1. Click "Take a look" (or "Let the Workshop do it"): standard services open a price list; for custom ones the AI asks a few questions and drafts a brief.
2. Click "Order" / "Agree & pay" on the card: credits go into escrow.
3. Wait for delivery: progress, what's waiting on you and messages are in the order panel on the right.
4. When it's delivered, click "Accept" (or "Ask for changes" / "Request refund") on the acceptance card.

## Two kinds

| | Standard (likes, account setup…) | Custom (site builds…) |
|---|---|---|
| Ordering | A **price list**: tick what you need, fill in quantity and target (e.g. a post link); the total is shown right away; click "Order" | The AI asks a few questions → a **brief** (edit it if needed) → a quote → "Agree & pay" |
| Talking | None | Messages in the order; if a call is needed you're asked whether to share contact details (you pick which, only for that order) |
| Delivery | Once, with proof (links, screenshots, how many done) | In steps, each accepted separately |

## How money moves

- **Nothing is taken until you click**: Order / Agree & pay takes credits into **escrow**; they go to the team only after you accept. The AI never orders for you.
- **Acceptance**: after delivery you get a card — **Accept / Ask for changes / Request refund**. If you don't click, standard work is accepted after 24 hours and each custom step after 7 days (the card shows when). The number of revisions is on the order card.
- **Refunds**: unclaimed or late work is refunded automatically; undone standard units are refunded per unit; for poor work, request a refund and Workshop staff decide, with a one-line reason. Refunds go back the way they came.
- **Extra charges**: if more work is agreed along the way (say, two more pages), the team sends an "Extra charge" card — how much, why, and how much later delivery moves. Nothing is taken until you click Agree & pay; the credits go into this order's escrow and are paid with the current step. Say no and the work goes on as agreed, nothing charged.
- **Billing**: "Account & credits" has a "Workshop services" block — three lines per order: escrow, done, refunded. Add them up for what you actually spent.

## The order panel

Click an order to open the panel on the right: progress and due date, what's "waiting on you" (e.g. upload your logo), and messages with the team. Stuck on a reply? "Draft for me" explains what they're asking and drafts a reply — **it never agrees to extra cost or scope for you**.

When they need material from you (logo files, product photos, a brief), click Upload in the "waiting on you" row — uploading counts as done. Files up to 25 MB each; share a link in the messages for anything bigger. Files the team delivers are under Files in the order panel; click Download to save them.

Deliverables and files are kept for 90 days after the order ends; you get one reminder before they're deleted.

## "Sign in again"

Older Workshop account authorizations may not include Workshop services yet. It's usually added automatically in the background; if not, you'll see "Sign in to your Agents Workshop account again" — sign in once under Settings → Account & credits.
