Feishu meeting notes: Minutes and the AI recorder flow into Meetings
Feishu meetings and the Feishu × Anker AI recorder both land in Feishu Minutes afterwards. Once this card is connected, the workshop checks every 15 minutes, pulls the Minutes you own or joined into Meetings, and produces notes plus one "here is how I plan to split this" card.

Feishu meeting notes (Minutes · AI recorder)
This uses your own Feishu self-built app, because Minutes belong to a person and need that person's authorization. Reuse the app you built for the Feishu bot and just enable a few more permissions.
How
- Open the Feishu Open Platform and go into the enterprise self-built app from the Feishu bot setup; create one if you don't have it yet.
- Under "Permissions", enable the read permissions for Minutes and video meetings:
minutes:minutes.search:read,minutes:minutes.basic:read,minutes:minutes.artifacts:read,vc:meeting.search:read, and keep the default user-info permission. - Under "Security settings", add the local OpenConnector callback address to the redirect URLs, then publish a new version so the permissions take effect.
- Put the app's App ID and App Secret into OpenConnector (same as for Gmail and GA4).
- Back in the workshop under Connections, click "Authorize" and sign in with your own Feishu account. Export must be enabled on the Minutes, otherwise the transcript can't be fetched.

Where the data lives
Transcripts only go into Meetings on this computer (encrypted per meeting; raw material is cleared after 90 days). On the connector side, its run log keeps the first 256 characters of each read result (the last 5000 runs); the workshop never stores a second copy. A meeting you delete is not pulled back by the next sync.
FAQ
- Connected but no meetings arrive: a Minutes transcript only exists after Feishu finishes transcribing; ones that aren't ready are retried automatically on the next round (15 minutes later).
- Error 2091005: that Minutes record doesn't have export enabled; turn it on in Feishu.
- Sync only, no automatic notes: switch off "Tidy up new meeting records automatically" in settings, then process them by hand on the Meetings page.
